We take some percentage of the total payment as a deposit to guarantee your bookings. Othervise in any last minute cancelation we have money damage.

• You can cancel acvitivities even one day earlier and you get refund.
• You can cancel 15 days before about the long-trips and you get refund.
• Cancelations due to airplane cancelations, extreme weather conditions and health conditions with evidince you will get refund.

• In Istanbul old city tours are walking or use public transportation due to traffic issues. However, we can arrange a private vehicle with a driver upon request.
• Outside of Istanbul, all of our tours are conducted with a private vehicle and driver!
